In light of the impact and changes caused by the novel COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to ensure and reassure you that we are focused round-the-clock on the health and safety of all our guests, residents and staff, without compromising the high standards and quality of your experience, that you have come to know, love and expect in your every stay with us.

Considering the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, Gyalos Beach are taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, as well as additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff members.

Gyalos Beach has set-up procedures to follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health Greek authorities. We are adopting all the published standard recommendations and following the authority’s regulations to reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of illnesses, which include hand and respiratory hygiene and safe practices.

Our staff is adhering to the latest guidance and hygiene protocols, we assure you that they are well trained to handle situations that may occur at our apartments and we have confidence in their abilities.

In order to keep our apartments Covid-free, we take serious measures and meet health and safety compliance.
There is no reception, so the check-in will be online self-check-in, anytime of the booking to 24 hours before arrival.

We are keeping accommodation and event files of COVID-19 for the purposes of public health protection, we must keep a record of staff members and all guests staying in the property; name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail, passport etc. ). Furthermore, we do pay attention and we are fully comply to the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR), all visitor records are kept secure and only for reasons of public health protection.
